2026 EVENT IS CANCELED

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the 4Star4Mile Race committee has decided to officially cancel our race event for 2026. We remain committed to our mission and fully expect to reestablish the race for 2027 and beyond. Any currently registered entrants will automatically be deferred to the 2027 race without additional expense or re-registering. We are grateful for the consistent support and efforts of all of our runners and volunteers and look forward to many future years of 4Star4Mile racing in celebration of America’s Veteran population. Run Alongside Detroit's Veterans Day Parade

In celebration of Veterans Day, join us for the 11th Annual 4 Star 4 Mile Race -  (Detroit, Michigan) on Sunday, November 8th, 2026 at 11:00 AM. This is the only race in the country that runs alongside the Veterans Day Parade, on the same course, at the same time as part of Detroit's Annual Salute to Armed Services.

 Let's put our running shoes on the ground to honor those who have dedicated their lives to our freedom. While this is a heartfelt tribute to those who have served our country, this is a 4 Mile run/walk/ruck for everyone!

NOTE:  The race route has been changed this year due to construction and will be posted as soon as it is approved! 

Shirts are included in registration for the first 250 registrants!

  • Batch Brewery 12:30pm-3:30pm on Porter St 

Sunday, November 8th: Event Day

  • 8:30 - 11:00 AM: Location to be announce asap
  • 11:00 AM:  4 Star 4 Mile Race Start &  the Annual Detroit Veterans Day Parade
