Place

One of 9 in-person locations around the country or "virtually" anywhere!

Description

Join us for the third annual Math Medic Foundation Pi Day Pi K Presented by NumWorks! Each participant will receive a T-shirt and finisher medal with our unique race logo. Participants can choose to run virtually with their friends and family OR choose to run in-person at one of our many locations around the country. Check the details of each location to see if one of them is right for you.

Teachers, this year you can sign up your class - student registration is just $5π. Students can sign-up individually through this registration page or you can contact Pete Grostic, pete@mathmedicfoundation.org, for bulk registrations. Ask your administrator or PTO if they'll cover the cost for your class. Each fee goes to a great cause - helping students, teachers, and schools in need. 100% of proceeds will go toward helping students and teachers with math resources, materials, or professional development. There will be a price increase to $12π for adults and $7π for students starting Feb 17, 2026.

Don't care to run? No problem! Walk, run, bike, crawl - it's just 1.95 miles, you can do it!

Can't run on 3/14? Don't sweat it! Complete your Pi K early or up to a week late.

$10π a bit too much?

Don't worry, through donations, fundraisers, and referral codes, there are many ways to get your registration fee refunded. Start the Sign Up process to find out how!

Want to Sign Up Your Entire Class?

Here are two options for signing up your class:

Option 1: Have students sign up individually here on RunSignUp. It will cost them each $15.71 as long as they are 18 or younger and they sign up by February 16th before the price increase. T-shirts and medals will be sent to the address students list while registering.

Option 2: Email us a spreadsheet (like this one) with your school address and student information to contact@mathmedicfoundation.org. Then, make a donation here equal to $12 per student and $28 per adult (discounted because shipping in bulk saves us some money). We will take care of registering all your students on the back end and send all t-shirts and medals directly to your school to be passed out whenever you'd like.
