Rivertown Races is a professionally organized and timed, family-friendly 1/2 Marathon, 10k, and 5k and is a favorite for many beginner and elite runners alike. These events start and finish at beautiful Meadows of Millennium Park, the largest urban park in the area, located in Walker, MI, southwest of Grand Rapids. Runners will travel over roads, paved trails, and bridges while enjoying the rolling terrain, wetlands, and lakes that encompass this unique location. Food and beverages, music, and family fun will be available throughout the event.

Prize money for the half marathon is based on gun time and will be mailed to winners within a week of the race. Runners younger than 18 and college runners are ineligible for the cash prizes.
Top three men and top three women in half marathon:
1st place = $250
2nd place = $150
3rd place = $75
Medals provided to 5k, 10k, and 1/2 marathon finishers.
TOP FINISHERS AWARDS
These will awarded to the top 3 male and female runners in each age group in both 5k and 1/2 marathon events.
No bikes, dogs, skateboard, rollerblades, or scooters allowed on the course. Strollers allowed on 5k course only. All runners must be registered to participate. Race directors reserve the right to cancel the event in case of severe weather. No refunds.
Official timing concludes at 11:30am (3 hours 30 minutes/16 minute per mile pace).
