The Ann Arbor Tri is proud to be the host of 2023 USA Triathlon State Championships! The top 35% or top 5 in each age group will qualify for 2023 USA Triathlon Nationals to be held in Milwaukee the weekend of August 4. 

This classic and iconic race is held in the Pinckney Recreation Area at Halfmoon Lake, one of the largest state parks in all of Michigan. You’ll swim the open waters of Halfmoon, bike the rolling paved country roads of the surrounding rural area, then run the 5-mile classic Poto Trail. Yes, 5-mile and it is the same run course for both sprint and Olympic. It’s a classic course you’ll come back to again and again.
