STFU & Run at Sleepy Hollow State Park!

Ah, Summer Trail Fest Ultra (STFU), 50K, Half Marathon & 5 Mile—yes, we know what it stands for. This race is perfect for first-timers, with well-stocked aid stations, excessive course markings, and generous cutoffs (20:00/mile for the 50K, 45:00/mile for the Half). It’s also a PR-worthy course, with 90% smooth, scenic trails at Sleepy Hollow State Park. New in 2025: Ruck Divisions for all three distances!

After the race, hit the beach, grab a burger, and celebrate! Altra Running and Running Lab will be on-site with demo shoes and a fun, festival-style atmosphere that’ll keep you hanging out, cheering on finishers, and soaking up the post-race vibes all day long.
