50 Mile
The STFU 50 Mile is a nearly all-trail, three loop course at Sleepy Hollow State Park plus an added short section. The single track is not very hilly, but if it rains it can get very muddy. Overall this course is a great opportunity for first timer ultra trail runners, runners stepping up in distance to the 50 Mile, and vets looking for a well executed race day. With an extremely well-marked course, well-stocked aid stations, two drop bag, and only 1800' of elevation gain, you're in for a great day on the trails!
