Description
This is not your typical fun run! The Good Form Project is an energetic 1 1/2 hour work out designed to promote the FOUR points of Good Form Running.
We will begin with a 3/4 mile warm up run, followed by 45 minutes worth of exercises, and end with a 3/4 mile cool down run/walk. The exercises will include a variety of core stabilization, agility and plyometric exercises. We recommend that you are able to run 1-2 miles comfortably to participate.
There will be three sessions offered in the month of May. SIgn up for one, two or all three! Tshirts will be provided from New Balance for participants that come to 2 out of the 3 sessions.
