3rd Annual Dogs Who Jog at River Bends Park...

Join us on Saturday, June 10 at River Bends Park (Shelby Township, Michigan, 22 Mile Road entrance) for the 3rd Annual Dogs Who Jog 5K, 1 Mile, & 50 Yard Dash. The 5K and 1 Mile takes participants along the paved bike path and dirt trails— which provides the perfect amount of shade and soft footing. For those who register with their pup, your dog will receive a medal at the finish line that connects to your human medal! We'll have vendors, Dogs Who Jog race swag, post-race food, a raffle, dog pools at the finish line, race day photos, and more.

Proceeds benefit the Romeo Bulldog's Cross Country programs! If you joined us in previous years, you know this group well as they volunteer on the course and cheer everyone on to the finish line. We're looking forward to making more memories with dogs & humans in 2023!

Dog + Human Registration Includes:

• Dogs Who Jog T-shirt (register prior to May 15th to guarantee t-shirt size)
• Finisher's Medal for Human
• Finisher's Medal for Dog (connects to human medal) 
• Custom Race Bib for Dog (must register prior to May 15th to customize bib)
• Access to aid station twice on the course (we'll have dog bowls & water at this location, too)
• Post-race food & drinks
• Race day photos 
• Chip timing and race bib 

Human Only (No Dog) Registration Includes:

• Dogs Who Jog T-shirt (register prior to May 15th to guarantee t-shirt size)

Dogs Who Jog Raffle

Romeo Cross Country and sponsor Sue Kelke of Emerald Property Team is organizing a raffle on race day with 100% of raffle proceeds being donated directly to the cross country program. This is open to all participants and spectators! 

 $10 for 25 tickets and you can place tickets in your basket(s) of choice! You’ll find themed baskets such as dog-lover, lottery scratch off, movie night, family game night, Youngblood Vineyard basket, and more. You can purchase tickets online here or at early packet pickup and on race day with cash.
