Forever Families 5K Fun Run/Walk for Foster Care Awareness

Forever Families 5K Fun Run/Walk for Foster Care Awareness is a FUN, family-friendly fundraising event to support the mission of helping children in need find their forever home, as well as an opportunity to raise awareness about the needs of foster children in our community. Supporters of all ages, foster/adoptive families and health enthusiasts are invited to hit the pavement  in support of children in need of a loving, nurturing home. In Michigan alone, there are 13,000 children in foster care due to abuse, neglect or abandonment. Forever Families is a licensed, non-profit child placing agency committed to providing education, preparation and support to ensure safe, loving, permanent homes for children in need.
