Sprint Into Spring 5K Run/Walk

Have you ever heard of "Spring Cleaning"?

It's the time of year when everyone is getting a fresh wind of sorts You know a deep cleaning. Animals are coming out of hibernation.  Flowers and trees are starting to get buds on them.  And most homes are getting a good deep cleaning. 

Our bodies are no different. With the heavy eating and the decrease movements from the holidays, this "Sprint Into Spring 5K" is sure to get you moving.  Plus, the bonus feature of THIS race is it will contribute to the academic success and support programs to benefit the scholars and staff at Forest Hill High School.
