Core — at every event:
- 2-Day Challenge — 2-Day Streak only
- 3-Day Challenge — 3-Day Streak only
Select events only — confirm on RunSignup before registering:
- 4-Day Challenge — 4-Day Streak only
- 5-Day Challenge — 5-Day Streak only
Each challenge contains only its own Streak length. A 2-Day Streak is only within a 2-Day Challenge. Streaks do not cross-apply between challenges.
A Streak is a multi-day race registration where you commit to running on consecutive days. You select a challenge, pick your distances for each day, sign your personal pledge at registration, and show up — day after day. Consecutive days. No days off. That is the commitment.
Yes — before the 10-day deadline if space allows. You pay the difference. Submit the request to the race director for approval. No upgrades within 10 days of the event or on race day.
Core at every event: 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon.
Select events only: 50K. TRANSFORM tier requires a 50K — confirm availability on RunSignup before registering.
2-Day Challenge — by race combination:
RETURN — both races are 5K or 10K
REPEAT — a short race paired with a Half Marathon or Marathon
ENDURE — both races are Half Marathon or Marathon
TRANSFORM — Streak includes a 50K
3, 4, 5-Day Challenges — by longest race:
RETURN — longest race is 10K or shorter
REPEAT — longest race is a Half Marathon
ENDURE — longest race is a Marathon
TRANSFORM — longest race is a 50K
Every Streak runner signs a personal pledge at registration. It is not a waiver. It is a commitment to the work, the distance, and to yourself.
"I pledge to return, repeat, and endure. I will respect the distance by showing up again — when it is hard, when I am tired, when I would rather not. I understand that Streak pricing is built into the commitment. It is not a coupon, a sale, or a shortcut. Tomorrow, I earn it by showing up again."
Your Streak is broken. You will not earn the tier patch. You may complete your remaining paid race days and receive daily finisher recognition for each one completed. There is no day-of policing — the commitment is between you and the pledge you signed.
No. Partial completion does not convert into a shorter Streak. Streak recognition is based on the full consecutive challenge registered for and completed. If your Streak is broken, you will not earn the tier patch — but you may complete your remaining paid race days and receive daily finisher recognition for each one.
Built-in pricing applied to Streak registrations. It is not a coupon, a discount, or a promotional offer. It rewards the decision to commit to consecutive days at registration. The reward is earned by completing the distances registered for — not merely by signing up.
Every finisher receives a Daily Finisher Medallion for each race completed — Standalone, Resolve, or Streak.
Streak runners who complete their full challenge earn a Tier Patch. Your first earned patch is included with your completed Year 1 Streak. Standalone and Resolve runners receive daily finisher recognition only. No shirts, race bags, or promotional giveaways are included with any registration.
MileBuilt events are official public races with a named race director, posted distances, designated race direction, common starts, official finish times, and published results.
Runners pursuing goals with Marathon Maniacs, Half Fanatics, 50 States Marathon Club, 50 States Half Marathon Club, 100 Marathon Club of the Americas, 100 Half Marathons Club, or the Mega Marathon List are responsible for confirming current eligibility requirements directly with their club before registering. MileBuilt does not determine or guarantee outside club eligibility.
Bibs are available on race day beginning one hour before your scheduled start time at the start/finish pavilion. Honor system — no ID required. A friend may pick up on your behalf. No bib transfers — your bib is registered to you.
This is a cupless event — carry your own hydration via handheld bottle, vest, or waist pack. Aid stations provide water, an electrolyte drink, and basic snacks. Do not rely on the aid station as your complete nutrition plan, especially for longer distances or multi-day participation.
Prepare for Central Florida conditions — heat and humidity are real factors. Check weather before race day and plan accordingly.
Race day cutoff: 9 hours from start of first scheduled race (i.e. 50K/Marathon). This applies to the full race day — not per distance. Runners still on course after 9 hours will be directed off course.
The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged. MileBuilt operates on public trails — be aware of your surroundings at all times.
Timing is manual. When you finish: cross the line, strike the GONG, pull your Finish Ticket, and record your bib number, ticket number, distance, and race clock time in the Finish Ledger. Times are posted in hour and minute format only. No ledger entry = no official finish record.
Change requests must be submitted more than 10 days before your first race day and are subject to race director approval.
Upgrades before deadline: allowed if space permits — you pay the difference.
Eligible downgrades before deadline: MileBuilt credit for the difference — not a cash refund.
Within 10 days: no changes, no refunds, no race-day repricing.
All requests outside the change standard are at the race director's discretion.
Deferrals must be requested more than 10 days before your first race day. One deferral per registration. Valid for 12 months from your original event date. Unused deferrals are forfeited.
Same distance — straight transfer. Shorter distance — difference forfeited, no credit. Longer distance — you pay the difference. Streak deferral — same tier transfers; you pay the difference if prices have increased.
All entry fees are non-refundable. This applies without exception regardless of the reason. Before the 10-day deadline, eligible downgrades may receive MileBuilt credit for the difference — not a cash refund. No cash refunds are issued under any circumstance.
Deferral to a future event may be available — see the deferral FAQ for details.
The race director has sole authority over all operational decisions including delays, course modifications, and event suspension or termination. Central Florida has one of the highest lightning strike frequencies in the United States. If lightning is detected within a designated safety radius, activity will be suspended until it is safe to resume or the event is terminated.
Course modifications, delays, or early terminations that allow the event to proceed in any form do not constitute a cancellation and are not grounds for a refund. If the event is terminated, entry fees are non-refundable.
Sign up through the Crew Up page on RunSignup. Select your role, shift, and event day. Check in on arrival and check out before leaving so your hours can be recorded.
Volunteers earn race credit based on verified hours completed per event.
Earning credits: 2 hours = 0.5 credit · 4 hours = 1 credit · 6 hours = 1.5 credits · 8 hours = 2 credits · 10 hours = 2.5 credits.
Redeeming credits: 1 credit = future MileBuilt 5K or 10K entry · 2 credits = any future single-day race up to 50K.
Volunteer credits combine over time toward eligible future MileBuilt races, including multi-day Challenges, redeemed day by day at the rates above. Transferable, no expiration. Full details at milebuilt.com/crew-up.
