Training Runs

We will host four training runs.  Training runs will be a minimum of 10 miles up to 13miles. Come join us for one or all of them. WooHoo!

Training run #1-Saturday April 13 @ 8:30 AM meeting at the Morgan Monroe State Forest park office.  We will run from the start line area and complete the 3 Lakes Loop. This is 10-11 miles total.  MoMoFo training run #1

Training run #2-  Saturday April 20 @ 3PM meeting at Walls Shelter/Shady Pines parking area.  We will run the Low Gap loop.  This is approximately 10 miles. MoMoFo training run #2

Training run #3- Saturday April 27 @ 5:30PM meeting at Park office and running 3 Lakes loop and including the finishing section of Mason Ridge.  This will be approximately 11 miles. MoMoFo training run #3

Training run #4- Saturday May 4 @ 5:30PM meeting at Walls Shelter/Shady Pines parking area.  We will run Low Gap and the entirety of Mason Ridge trail and then back to Walls.  This will be the longest scheduled training run with it being around 13 miles. MoMoFo training run #4
