A: The Moon Glow Run 5K is open to participants of all ages. However, participants under the age of 18 may need parental consent to participate.

A: Absolutely! The Moon Glow Run 5K welcomes both runners and walkers. Whether you prefer to run or walk, you can participate and enjoy the event at your own pace. There is a 60 minute time limit for walkers.
