Not really. If you must have music, you need to be using bone conduction (ie shokz). We need you to be able to hear course staff and volunteers in case you are going the wrong way or a bear is chasing you. Anyone we see with noise-cancelling headphones will be asked to remove them, or remove themselves.

Start and finish are behind the community center at the Carson St crossing on the Westmoreland Heritage Trail. There's lots of room for spectators!
