RUN, WALK, ROLL, OR STROLL!
Help us get to 500 participants (in-person or virtual 5K, 10K, and 13.1) and we will give ONE MALE and ONE FEMALE participant a FREE YEAR of Fit & Able-owned races! That's a FREE entry of your choice to each Fit & Able race - a nearly $1,000 VALUE!
* Must be registered in the in-person or virtual 5K, 10K, or 13.1 to be eligible to win. Random drawing after the in-person race.
Fit & Able is proud to bring back the Turkey Chase! We hope you enjoyed the delicious Thanksgiving eats with your friends and family. But now it's time to burn off the turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and pie! With three distances - including a 5K, 10K, and 13.1 - you can choose your challenge!
Check-in and parking are located at RallyPoint Sports Grill in Harrison Square. Participants will be transported by bus both to and from the race start/finish in Umstead Park.

BUT have you ever wanted to run an ultra-marathon without having to actually run an ultra-marahton? With the Ultra Series 65.5 you can do just that when you sign complete all five Fit & Able 13.1 races - a combined total of 65.5 miles! - and we will combine your finish times for another extra set of awards!
All races will have a staggered start beginning at 8:30 AM in order of distance and the course closes for all races at 11:30 AM (In-person Race Day Schedule). Please consider your race pace when deciding which event to run. * For any participants who feel they may need some extra time, please contact us at info@fitandable.net.

Referral Rewards
Sign up, invite friends and family to join you, and potentially get over $100 in rewards!
1. First, sign up for the in-person 5K, 10K, or 13.1!
2. Once your registration is complete, share your unique referral link with your friends and family or post on social media.
3. Get 5 friends to sign up using your unique referral link and you will automatically receive up to a $5 refund.
4. Get 5 more friends (10 total) to join you and get up to another $10 of your registration fee back.
6. But if you can get 25 friends or family all in to race with you, then we will give you $100 in Fit & Able credit!
PLUS, if your friends and family sign up through your referral link within 72 hours they can use the special code in your registration confirmation pop-up to get a $5 discount at checkout too!
Team Rewards
Potentially get up to $15 off the race day price for each member when you recruit a team!
1. First, create a team while you're signing up for the in-person 5K, 10K, or 13.1!
2. Invite your friends and family to sign up and join your team.
3. After 10 members join the team all will get an automatic refund up to $5 on their registration fee! Plus a discount up to $5 for future team members.
4. When your team reaches 25 members everyone will get another refund up to $5. Plus a discount up to $10 for future team members.
5. AND, when your team reaches 50 members everyone will get yet another refund up to $5! Plus a discount up to $15 for that last team member!
Fundraising Rewards
ALSO, you can get up to $25 of your registration fee back when you choose to become a fundraiser for any participating charity while signing up and requesting a refund if you raise at least $250 (must check the box during signup!).
