Reindeer Stampede 5k/Fun Run

Dash into the season of giving!

Join us on Saturday, Dec. 6,  in downtown Richlands for the Reindeer Stampede 5K -- a festive fun-run with a mission. Every step you take helps Operation Christmas Stocking and the Blessing Shed provide pantry staples and personal care items to local neighbors facing food and hygiene insecurity. 

Whether you sprint, jog, prance or stroll in your best holiday gear, your registration fee directly feeds families during the toughest time of year.

Can't race? 

• Fundraising  and donation available.
• Become a sponsor (packages from $100 to $1000) or donate online and double the cheer

Lace up, dress up (those reindeer antlers are optional but encouraged!) and let's stampede hunger out of our community -- one jingle bell at a time. Team entries: Largest teams will get additional prizes.

Race Start Times

9:00am 5K Start

Packet Pick Up

• Early: Friday 5 December  2025 5pm to 8 pm
  The Blessing Shed, 111 Kinston Highway, Richlands, NC 28574
• Race Day Packet Pick Up 730 AM at the race site (highly encourage packet pick up on Friday!)

Timing

Atlantic Coast Timing/EHM Finishline Race management will time this years even using the Chronotrack Timing Systems. A disposable timing tag will be attached to your race bib and must be worn on the front of your body/costume.

Finisher medals for all finishers
 Male and Female 1st Place Overall
Male and Female masters 1st Place Overall
Male and Female 1st Place in each Age Group

Overall, Masters,  12 and under, 13-19. 20-24. 25-29.30-34,35-39,40-44,45-49,50-54,55-59,60-64,65-69, 70 and over
