The Wilmington Surgical Associates Run for the Ta Tas presented by Delaney Radiology, is a 5K Chaser Race and 1 Mile.
5K Timed Chaser Race
This is not your typical 5K – a Chaser Race is a unique format where women start first, giving them a head start over the men. Men start exactly 2:00 minutes after the women (Hint on the name: Run For the Ta Tas). Participants are eligible for prizes.
5K Not Timed
We've added a 5K Fun Run/Walk. This event is NOT timed and is perfect for participants not worried about their finish time. These participants are not eligible for awards.
1 Mile Fun Run / Walk
You can walk or run the 1 Mile. The 1 Mile is not timed.
TURN IT UP, TA TAS!
We’re excited to welcome Wilmington’s own Bigg B as the official entertainment for the 2026 Run for the Ta Tas!
DJ, influencer, historian and community leader—Bigg B will bring the music and energy to Mayfaire as we run, walk and rally together in support of local organizations helping women facing a breast cancer diagnosis.
