High Tech Tri Collab
Second is the Triathlon High Tech Collaborative! This camp includes scientifically proven testing and coaching protocols designed to get you on the right and most efficient track to take your training to the next level. You will leave the camp with a solid foundation and understanding of how to train with heart rate, power, nutrition, proper swim/bike/run technique, strength/mobility training, and much more!
We have gathered experts from across the southeast United States to bring you this one of a kind weekend training opportunity you will not find anywhere else! Come and make the ultimate breakthrough in your training. These camps are appropriate for all levels, you DO NOT need to consider yourself a fast or advanced athlete to receive this first class instruction.
