Join us at the Dignity Dash to support Alternatives, Inc.
Bring your family and friends and join us for a beautiful day in a picturesque park! The flat and fast course provides an ample amount of shade, making it a great place to set PB's!
$1,000 in Sneaker Factory gift certificates, awards and medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Overall Winners & 1st Place Men and Women Per Age Category
What to Expect at the Event

Tons of food and a plentiful amount of water and other beverages;

Music playing all morning long to get you pumped up for the challenge;

Water stations along the course, where runners can recharge;

Duke Island Park is a great place to spend the day with the family. The Dash begins near the playground and is sure to please kids young and older;

10k or 5k USATF sanctioned and timed races - part of the Grand Prix;

Fun Walk (about a mile);

FREE Kids Dash for those under 10;

T-Shirts for first 150 sign ups

Medals and coupons from Sneaker Factory in Basking Ridge for all runners
The medal ceremony will take place as soon as results are tabulated.

Our Mission
Alternatives, Inc. provides comprehensive services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, those with mental health diagnoses, as well as individuals and families experiencing homelessness, to enable them to reach their highest level of independence and integration in the community. We are committed to being the human services agency of choice in providing residential and support services to people in the Greater Central New Jersey community.
