Description
Calling all runners and walkers to unite for a Star Wars themed fun run! Costumes are encouraged! Inflatable light sabers for all participants, as well as entry into various prize drawings. Water and post-race refreshments will be provided.
You will have the option to participate in-person or virtually. The 1 mile course will take you throughout the beloved Memorial Park. Check-in will be 8:30am. Race will start promptly at 9am.
This is a CUPLESS event. You must carry your own hydration device or a collapsible cup to fill at water station. All funds raised from this event will go directly towards Park upgrades. Check out our Facebook page for updates.

How Does it Work?
This event is a fun run, so the only winner is you for getting out there and being active. You can run, jog or walk at your own pace along the 1 mile course around Memorial Park. You can even do an extra lap to complete 2 miles. If you select the virtual option, you can participant whenever and wherever you like.
How do I register for Family pricing?
The Family Pricing option will become available under the Multi-Person Pricing section when registering 4 to 7 immediate family members. This option is intended for families with multiple children.
When will I receive my participation medal?
Participation light sabres will be handed out the day of the event. If you are participating virtually, there will be several pickup date options. Shipping can be arranged upon request, but will incur an additional charge.
Where do I park?
Participants are to park in the grass field by the volleyball courts.
Can I participate if I don't live locally?
While this event focuses on the local community, friends and family from near and far are welcome to join.
Can I use social media to publicize my run?
You bet! Show the online world your effort, take a selfie, share your racecourse, your bib, and your story. And don’t forget to tag the Friends of Memorial Park Facebook page.
