Race site: 6:00 - 7:00 AM
**If you are picking up your packet on race day, please plan to arrive early. Packet pick-up will promptly end at 7:00AM to allow for the 1K Fun Run to start on time. **
Participants may retrieve packets for others by presenting their QR code at packet pick-up.
*** Packet pick-up is only for new registrants and participants who did not retrieve their packets prior to the original April race date. Click HERE for more details.***

Parking is free at the race-site location.
6:00-7:00 AM : Packet Pick-Up
7:15 AM: Group Warm Up/Stretch
7:30 AM: 1K Start
8:00 AM: 5K Start
9:30 AM: 5K Awards
10:00 AM: Post-Race Party

Race Week Preparation

Thursday: Start hydrating early with water and electrolytes, and drink water throughout the day. Eat balanced meals and limit alcohol.
Friday: Eat familiar foods (steer away from trying new foods, drinks and gels), pick up your packet, lay out your race day gear and get a good night's rest.
Saturday: Continue hydrating with water and electrolytes, dress for the weather and arrive early for group warm-up/stretch.

If you plan to participate on June 27th and HAVE NOT picked up your packet:

You may retrieve your packet at packet pick-up on June 26th from 4-8pm at The Elm Hotel, or on race day from 6:00 - 7:00AM.

If you would like to transfer your registration to another participant:

Log into your RunSignUp account and select "Transfer my registration."

Enter the new participant's name and email address; they will receive an email to accept the transfer and sign the required waiver. (Check the spam folder if not delivered to the inbox; then move email to inbox to complete the process.)
