• If you plan to participate on June 27th and HAVE already picked up your packet:

  • You're all set! Show up on race day with your race bib and T-shirt ready to run or walk! 

• If you plan to participate on June 27th and HAVE NOT picked up your packet:

  • You may retrieve your packet at packet pick-up on June 26th from 4-8pm at The Elm Hotel, or on race day from 6:00 - 7:00AM. 
    

• If you would like to transfer your registration to another participant:

  • Log into your RunSignUp account and select "Transfer my registration."

  • Enter the new participant's name and email address; they will receive an email to accept the transfer and sign the required waiver. (Check the spam folder if not delivered to the inbox; then move email to inbox to complete the process.)

  • Deadline to transfer registration is Sunday, May 17, 2026.

• If you are unable to participate and do not wish to transfer your registration:

  • We appreciate your support of Rock The Doc 5K/1K! We hope to see you at a future event or at our weekly Saturday runs at 7:30AM at The Porch at Union Park!

    **If you are picking up your packet on race day, please plan to arrive early. Packet pick-up will promptly end at 7:00AM to allow for the 1K Fun Run to start on time. **

Participants may retrieve packets for others by presenting their QR code at packet pick-up.

All finishers of the 5K Run/Walk and 1K Fun Run will receive a participation medal.

5K Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place male and female in the following age groups: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+. 

5K Run/Walk will be timed. Runners, walkers and joggers of all ages welcome!

1K Fun Run is not timed, no awards, just fun! All ages welcome!

Please join us for the awards ceremony. Unclaimed awards will not be mailed. 

2026 FINISHER MEDAL

North Texas Rhythm Runners (NTX RR) is a social running club established in July 2024, that has since grown substantially with over 200 members. The mission of NTX RR is to promote health, wellness, and community engagement through running and walking activities. The organization is established as a nonprofit and operates exclusively for charitable purposes, supporting initiatives that encourage active lifestyles and strengthen community connections.

NTX RR conducts regular weekend fun runs and partakes in running events throughout the DFW area. Additionally, NTX RR volunteers at local charities in our community by giving back to and supporting others in need. We look forward to continued growth, service and racking up miles! 

Our motto is "Every Pace has a Place." Whether you're a walker, jogger, runner or just come for the vibes, there's a place for you!  We hope to see you at one of our Saturday runs at The Porch @ Union Park, 7:30 AM!
