Batavia Downs Lucky Loop

Race Registration Includes:

$25 in Free Play at Batavia Downs Gaming (must be 18 years old to play)
Custom T-Shirt if registered by May 31
Post Race Party with pizza, snacks, and beverages

Run Course & FAQ:

  *  Batavia Downs is a 1/2 mile horse track with a dirt & stone surface
  *  Solo Runners do not have to complete the full hour to participate
  *  Runners not completing the full hour will be required to turn in their race bib when exiting the track.
  *  If a runner is past the lap mat when the time limit is reached, they will be allowed to complete the lap
  *  No one is allowed out on course after 11:00am sharp
  *  Relay Team participants are not eligible for the Solo Run
  *  Two Person Relay's are scored by combining the amount of laps both team members run 

Awards

Only the laps completed within 1 hour will count towards awards.

Example: If you pass the lap mats 58 minutes from the start of the race and complete it 1 hour 3 minutes after the start, it does NOT count towards awards.

Individual Run:
The Overall Male and Female winners will each receive themed prizes.
Awards will be given to the top 3 Males and Females in 5 year age-groups through 80+

2 Person Relay:
Top 3 Teams

Portion of proceeds will benefit Roswell Park and WNY National Cemetery Memorial Council.

How to receive the discounted rate for Friday June 13, 2025 
Please read all steps before proceeding to hotel website

  *  Go to https://thehotelatbataviadowns.com/
  *  Click on the black BOOK ONLINE button.
  *  Click update guests and rooms, then select Friday, June 13, 2025 as the check in date and June 14, 2025 as the check out date.
  *  Enter Discount Code "LOOP"
      - Click the drop down next to “add code”, leave the type as Group Attendee and put in the box below the word "LOOP".
      - Click the gold add button. A pop up will confirm you have unlocked the Lucky Loop Package. 
      - Click the gold “Select and go to the next step” button.
  * Confirm, on this new screen, the discounted base price of $199 a night. 
  * Click on the 13th and 14th again, then click the gold “Confirm Dates of Stay” button at the bottom. 
  * Select room type
  * Once selected, the final step is to enter payment.
