Batavia Downs Lucky Loop

Race Registration Includes:

$25 in Free Play at Batavia Downs Gaming (must be 18 years old to play)
Custom T-Shirt if registered by May 31
Post Race Party with pizza, snacks, and beverages

Run Course & FAQ:

  *  Batavia Downs is a 1/2 mile horse track with a dirt & stone surface
  *  Solo Runners do not have to complete the full hour to participate
  *  Runners not completing the full hour will be required to turn in their race bib when exiting the track.
  *  If a runner is past the lap mat when the time limit is reached, they will be allowed to complete the lap
  *  No one is allowed out on course after 11:00am sharp
  *  Relay Team participants are not eligible for the Solo Run
  *  Two Person Relay's are scored by combining the amount of laps both team members run

Race Day - Packet Pickup & Sign-Up: 

When: Saturday, June 14
Time: 8:00am - 9:45am
Where: Batavia Downs

Steps for on-line registration:

1) team captain registers as the first person on the team
    - select 2 person relay registration category
    - team captain creates the team name and pays the entire entry fee.
2) team members register for the race and join the team:
    - select 2 person relay registration category
    - select the team name from list of already registered teams
    - complete the registration process with NO payment due
Please note: If team members do NOT select the pre-existing team they are joining, full price will be charged.
