Springbrook 5K - Miles for a Mission

The Springbrook Foundation is excited to present the Springbrook 5K - Miles for a Mission, which supports Springbrook's mission to empower individuals with developmental disabilities by providing exceptional, person-centered services that foster independence, promote personal growth, and nurture a sense of belonging.

If you raise $250 or more, you will receive 1 complimentary race registration.

REGISTRATION

ENTRY FEES - By 7/25/24 at Noon
Adult (15 & over) - $30
Youth (1 4 & under) - $20
Kids 6 & under are free
Register by September 13th to guarantee your t-shirt size

ENTRY FEES - Day of
Adult (15 & over) - $35
Youth (14 & under) - $25

RACE PACKET PICKUP
9/27/24 from 3-5 pm or Day of Race at 9 am
Mirabito Stadium (parking lot entrance)

PRIZES
Runners will be awarded cash prizes in the 5K Run for the overall top 3 Female and top 3 Male:
1st Place - $500
2nd Place - $250
3rd Place - $100

Non-cash prizes will be awarded (2-deep) in the following age groups:
(Under 13), (13-19), (20-29), (30-39), (40-49), (50-59), (60-69), (70+)

AFTER THE RACE

After the race enjoy the following activities:

Miles for a Mission Lounge with food and beverages (complimentary for all 5K participants)
Award presentations (11:30 am)
Music
Arts and Crafts fair (vendor list coming soon)

Think Differently Camp
Take a minute to check out the Think Differently Camp. Congressman Marc Molinaro and his team will be hosting a camp for individuals with developmental disabilities immediately following the race. Participants will take part in various activities on the field at Mirabito Stadium. If you are interested in learning more about the camp, please email Nicole Leonard at Nicole.Leonard@mail.house.gov.

HOW TO MAKE A DONATION

We encourage everyone to make a donation through the Springbrook 5K website to ensure your contribution is immediately credited to an individual or team fundraiser. If you would prefer to make an "offline" donation by check, please make your check payable to the Springbrook Foundation and send your contribution to the following address:

HOW TO CREATE OR JOIN A TEAM

First, register for the event. You will then be directed to a fundraising page. Here you can create or join a team. Existing teams will appear on a drop down menu. Pick the team you wish to join or click the button to create a new team.

Team fundraising makes the Miles for a Mission 5K experience all the more fun and meaningful. When all your positive energy spreads through your team, you wind up raising more. Teams make a difference!

If you raise $250 or more, you will receive 1 complimentary race registration. PRIZES will be awarded to the top team and individual fundraisers and EVERY TEAM CAPTAIN will be entered into a drawing to win some fantastic prizes! Help us put the FUN in FUNdraising and create or join a team today!
