Wednesday 7/4/18 7am-8:15am
Registration can be done in person during these times. Cash payment only for registration fees. All participants receive a race shirt.
If you preregistered for the race by 6/21 your shirt will be available at packet pickup.
If you registered online after 6/21 or if you registered at packet pick up, you can order your shirt at the registration table. Shirts will be available for pickup or can be mailed directly to you about 2 weeks after race day. Please leave a contact phone number, email, and mailing address.
Visions FCU parking lot (limited due to construction, ‘first come, first served’)
Neighborhood side streets around VFCU HQ building (no parking allowed on streets of the course)
Rite Aid lot on the corner of Hooper Road and Country Club Road (same location as finish line)
Subway parking lot on Hooper Road, adjacent to the Rite Aid lot
One porta-potty will be stationed at the finish line
Multiple porta-potties will be available in one corner of the Visions FCU parking lot on Country Club Rd.
Please refrain from using bathrooms in local surrounding businesses.
Line up at the start line on Country Club Road in front of the Visions building by 8:30am.
Race announcements start promptly at 8:35am.
Air horn start at 8:40am.
Mile 1- Taft Avenue at the intersection with Newell Road
Mile 2- Southern Pines near the intersection with Parkwood Road
Mile 2.75 (approx.)- Delta Engineers Water Stop, Hooper Road
Mile 3.5 (approx.)- Progressive Dental Water Stop, Hooper Road
Post Race Party (until approximately 12:00 noon)

Pops in the Park presented by the Binghamton Philharmonic will be Tuesday 7/3/18 in Highland Park beginning at 7:30.
Endwell Fire Station is having a BBQ fundraiser from 12-4pm at the daycare on Hooper Road (by the Weis plaza)
Town of Union 4th of July Celebration in Highland Park will be taking place, with the highlight of the day being the Firework display. You don't want to miss this- it is an exceptional experience!!!
Your paid registration will include a race singlet (tank top, dry wicking, mens/womens cut options) printed with the race logo. The post race party will be a great opportunity to celebrate with family and friends:
-Breakfast food at the finish!
-Beverages: Mimosas and craft beer (for finishers age 21 and older), assorted juices, coffee and water for all
-Music by a professional DJ
-Family fun zone: Arts & craft table (make a sign for the runner you're cheering for!), balloon animals, and more
-Professional photographer on the race course and at the post race
-Cash prizes and awards for top finishers in Open, Masters, and Town of Union Residents categories along with Age Group winners. 1st, 2nd & 3rd place male and female in all categories to receive awards.
This race is the 4th race in the 2018 Empire Road Race Series. Run this race to get credit towards the Series Swag program.
