Wayne County NY Bicentennial Torch Relay

The Wayne County Bicentennial Torch Relay event will be run over the course of 5 days beginning on Monday, August 14th and ending on Friday, August 18th. It will cover 200 miles in honor of our County's Bicentennial Celebration. Each runner will sign up for a one mile slot for the day and mile of their choice (suggest you sign up early to get the slot you prefer). Want someone to run with you? We will allow two people to register for each mile (both people must register and pick the same day and mile).  Want to run more than one mile?  You may sign up for additional miles but will be charged the registration fee for each mile. All registered runners will be welcome to return on Friday, August 18th, to run that 200th mile (at no additional fee and no need to register for that mile) as we lead the parade from the Byrne Dairy area in Palmyra to the finish line at the Wayne County Fairgrounds.
