Imagine your driving on a two lane highway trying to get to an interview and you are behind a horse and buggy with no opportunity to pass. That is how the runners feel when they are behind walkers. After 10:00 AM, if you are walking slower than a 24-minute mile, you may be asked by police to move to the sidewalks. Because this is a major holiday we don't like to inconvenience residents longer than necessary. The finish line is taken down after 11:00AM
