Can I walk instead of run?
Yes! The 5 mile is a timed run, while the 2 mile is an untimed walk. We welcome all walkers and non-runners.
Is there a cut-off time?
We will need to reopen the roads by 12:00 PM.
Can we bring strollers and/or baby joggers?
Sure! But we do ask that you start toward the back so as not to impede the other runners.
Are kids welcome? Do we have to pay for them?
Yes! Kids are absolutely welcome, it's a great way to ring in the New Year as a family.
Children do need to be registered and have a bib, unless they’ll be riding in a stroller or baby jogger.
Are headphones allowed?
Yes. Please be mindful of those around you and make sure you are able to hear any emergency announcements.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, but please be mindful of the other race particiapnts and start toward the back so as not to impede the other runners.
Is the route hilly?
This course has gentle rolling hills and is fairly flat.
Can I just come for the party?
Absolutely! Drinks will be available inside Tanner's Bar & Grill (2259 Deming Way, Middleton, WI 53562) after the event.
Can I sign up the day of?
Yes you can, but please note it is possible the event could sell out, in which case on site registration might not be possible! Stay tuned to our social media for those updates.
Are there paper registration forms?
There are no paper registration forms for this event, please sign up via our registration page so we have accurate data for you.
What is your Award Policy if I don't to pick up my award at the event?
Race Day Events will hold event awards for 30 days after the event is complete.
Contact us at raceday@racedayevents.com for more information about receiving your awards after the event.
*Please note that we charge a $10 shipping fee for any participant wishing to have their award mailed after the event is complete.
Where do I pick-up my pre-purchased merchandise?
*Pre-purchased merchandise will be available for pick-up at the merchandise table at Early Packet Pick-Up.
*Any merchandise that is not picked up at the event will be available for pick-up or shipping for a $10 fee within 30 days after the event. For more information, please contact us at raceday@racedayevents.com.

How do I sign up for event insurance? Add-on coverage is offered during the checkout process when signing up for this event. You will be given the option to add or decline coverage with one click. Note: If you decide to decline coverage, you will not be able to go back and add it after registering.
