#BigGodLittleAddiction will be serving up hot dogs free of charge.
#BigGodLittleAddiction is a community support group for those with a loved one who is struggling with an addiction, whether to opiates or another substance, whether active or in recovery, and those who have lost someone to addiction.
DILL'S PICKLES
If you have attended one of our 5Ks before, you may remember that we hand out dill pickles at the end of the race. The pickle lady is Donna Miller. Donna’s son, Dillon Wentz, passed away from an overdose in 2015. His family wanted to do something positive to honor his memory, and this is how the first Not One More 5K began. Dillon was nicknamed “Dill,” so the pickles became a way to honor him. The pickle stand is a staple at the NOM 5Ks. When you finish your walk or run, be sure to grab your dill pickle and say “hi” to Donna!
