The Draper Immortal is a running race located on the Maps 3 paved trail system around Lake Stanley Draper. The course has moderate hills and consists of three distances: 5K, 10K, 25K. (Due to time constraints with the Water Utility Trust, we are not doing the 50K this year). Participants/Finishers will receive a Draper Immortal commemorative Hooded sweatshirt and glass beer stein as a finishers award.
Course
All races start/finish at the Lake Draper Marina. Both The 5K & 10K are out and back routes.
The 25K is a clockwise loop around the lake, with an out/back section at Point 10.

There are four fully stocked aid stations on the course (not including the start/finish). Aid stations are approximately 3 miles apart, and provide both water, and electrolyte jugs. We will also have bottled water, various gels, and various snacks Even though we are providing bottled water, we encourage 25k participants to bring hydration devices, and/or race vests.

FAQ
Q - Can I register on race day?
A - No, there is a registration deadline, so we can adequately provide time for our vendors to produce finisher medals and swag.
Q - Can I pick up my packet on race morning?
A - We provide two days for packet pickup. However, we understand some of our athletes will be driving from various parts of the state, race morning. We will have your packet at our booth before the race.
Q - Where will I find my race results?
A - OK Runner will provide a link after the race.
Q - Are there restrooms?
A - We will have multiple "Porta-John's" in the Marina.
Q - Where do I park?
A -Parking is in the Marina, located at 8301 SE 104th St. Parking can be at a premium, and we recommend carpooling, if at all possible.
Q - What is the weather like?
A - The historical temperature for this date and area is a high of 73 degrees, and low of 49 degrees. We will run rain/shine. In the event of arduous precipitation or deteriorating conditions, the race may be delayed or cancelled.
Q - Is the course hilly?
A - The 25k has moderate hills, on both the north, and east side of the lake. We recommend walking hills to those new to ultra distances. This technique gives your legs a bit of rest, and assists with strength and endurance in later portions of the race.
Q - Is the Draper Immortal course closed to just the participants?
A - No, even though we have a permit for this race, the paved Maps-3 Trail is open to the public. We will share this course with cyclists, walkers, fur babies, and other runners.
