No race day registration will be available.
Due to COVID restrictions, the 2021 race will cap all distances - sign up soon as all distances are likely to fill and close before race day.

With consultation and input from the City of Tulsa, Riverparks, and the Tulsa Health Department, this race will implement the following special race modifications:
MASKS ARE REQUIRED - AT THE START AND AFTER THE RACE. MASKS ARE OPTIONAL WHILE RUNING/WALKING. MAINTAIN PROER SOCIAL DISTANCE!
If you have a fever of 100.4 F or more, you should not attend the race. Any participants who cannot participate will be offered a refund of their entry fee. Contact the race director if you are sick with a fever and will not be able to race.
Also, volunteers should not attend if they have a fever of 100.4 F or more. The temperature of all volunteers and Fleet Feet staff will be taken upon arrival at the race site.
At all times be aware of others and please maintain social distancing of at least 6’.
We REQUIRE that all racers bring a face covering to wear when they are in close contact with each other or race staff and volunteers before and after the race. We REQUIRE wearing a face covering before the start of each race, that can be removed while running/walking. While on the course attempt to maintain 6 feet of separation from other runners. After you finish the race, you should wear a face covering whenever you cannot maintain 6’ of social distance from others.
Porta Johns will be provided. Please remain socially distanced while waiting in line for the restroom. Hand sanitizer will be provided.
The 25k/50k will start in ONE WAVE at 8:00 am.
The 5K/10k will use a WAVE START system – and all racers will be separated into three waves based on your expected pace – details on the wave system to be provided before race day.
Two waves will be used for the 5k/10k start.
5k/10k WAVE 1: Start at 8:10 am (if your expected pace is less than 11:00 min/mile)
5k/10k WAVE 2: Start at 8:13 am (if your expected pace is greater than 11:00 min/mile)
When lining up for the start of the any race please remain socially distanced from others. Family groups can be more closely spaced together, but you should maintain 6’ of separation from other races who are not in your current family/social circle.
There will be NO water stop for the 5k - please bring your own hydration.
For the 10k, there will be one water stop that you will pass twice that will have small 8 oz bottles of water for you to access. DO NOT DUMP ANY TRASH ALONG THE TRAIL. TRASH CANS WILL BE LOCATED AT THE AID STATION TO DISPOSE OF YOUR BOTTLE OF WATER). Even though we are providing water, it is recommended you carry your own water for the 10k.
For the 25k/50k self serve water stops will be provided. See the course maps for locations of the aid stations. At one aid station for the 25k loop GU and Sports Beans will be provided. 50k participants will pass this location twice (located at 71st and Riverside on the east side of the river - aid station #5). At each water stop small 8 oz bottled of water will be available. Also each aid station for the 25k/50k will be supplied with a cooler of NUUN. BRING YOUR OWN BOTTLE AS WE WILL NOT HAVE CUPS AVAILABLE! PROPERLY DISPOSE OF YOUR TRASH IN TRASH CANS AT AID STATIONS OR USE RIVERPARKS TRASH CANS. Even though we are providing bottled water at aid stations, we advise that all 25k and 50k participants carry their own water.
Volunteers will be required to wear face coverings. Finish line volunteers will be provided with gloves to wear.
At the finish line volunteers will hand you your finisher medal. Bottled water and other sports drinks will be provided post-race and will be self-serve, monitored by volunteers.
Post-race food items will be pre-packaged and will be self-serve, monitored by volunteers. BEER will be provided to those 21 and over.
