Description

The Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Armed Forces Day (AFD) 5K Run/Walk Challenge will consist of completing a 5K run/walk at Geer Park in Salem, OR. In addition to the 5K, you will complete 2 mins of Push-ups and 2 mins of Sit-ups graded by Army National Guard NCO's. The children will also be able to run/walk in a 1K kids fun run!
