There are answers to Refunds on the site (Please refer to the Refund Policy. No, we do not make exceptions. The policy is in place for the exceptions.) By checking first it will be faster for you and help us spend more time race-directing instead of following up.

Our office hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 9AM to 5PM if you wish to reach us via phone. We work most Saturdays so we take Mondays off and Fridays are generally used to set up the course so you can try to reach us then if we are in range.
