How-to Fundraise
Fundraiser Ideas:
- A Week Without: Commit to going a week without one of your favorite luxuries in life and ask your friends and family to sponsor you. Choose going without whatever is most meaningful to you - video games, coffee or get a glimpse into the experience of homelessness by going without your bed or shower.
- Change for Change: Collect change or cash from your neighbors as you create meaningful change for families at risk of becoming homeless. Place a change bucket at your office or church to raise even more and spread awareness about our mission of solving homelessness.
- Virtual Trivia Party: Host your own trivia party at home and collect donations for tickets. We can supply the trivia questions to test your smarts with your friends and family virtually.
- Virtual Office Bingo: Employees purchase bingo cards for a donation. A few times a day, email a Bingo number to all participants. The first one to reply with “BINGO” wins. The Bingo game continues until all prizes are distributed.
- Facebook Fundraisers: Host an Operation Safe at Home fundraiser on your Facebook page and encourage your contacts to get involved. If your birthday is near, consider supporting St. Patrick Center with a birthday fundraiser.
- Raffles: Sell raffle tickets for exciting prizes: a day of vacation, sports tickets, restaurant gift certificates and more.
