The IM ABLE Games is a one‑of‑a‑kind, inclusive fitness experience set on the tarmac at the Reading Regional Airport / Mid‑Atlantic Air Museum. Athletes of all abilities come together to take on a full day of challenges—from endurance runs to obstacle racing and competitive eating—all in a high‑energy, aviation‑inspired environment.
Participants can choose their mission: run or roll distances of 2, 4.5, or 9 miles, take on the Kaaginator Fitness Challenge, push further with multi‑event challenges, or test their limits in the Hot Wing Hustle. Every event is designed to be accessible, challenging, and adaptable, with adaptive athletes fully integrated across the Games.
More than a race, the IM ABLE Games is a celebration of determination, community, and possibility. Whether you're competing, supporting, or spectating, you'll be part of an event where everyone has a place—and every finish line matters.
Stay after your event to enjoy the post-race party with music, food, and cold brews, plus optional recovery experiences including sauna and cold plunge.

ADAPTIVE KAAGINATOR FITNESS CHALLENGE
Take on the Kaaginator Fitness Challenge - an expanded obstacle course designed to test strength, endurance, balance, and problem‑solving from start to finish. This year features more obstacles and a longer course, pushing athletes through a wide range of physical and mental challenges.
Every stage demands focus, grit, and the ability to adapt. Move through the course in order, take on each obstacle, and earn your finish.

Short Mission. Your Pace.
Start on the airfield and move out onto the surrounding roads for a 4.5‑mile endurance challenge designed to be fully accessible. Athletes may run, walk, or roll using the method that works best for them.
Adaptive support is available throughout the course, and new this year, a dedicated wheelchair division provides additional competition structure and support for athletes using wheelchairs.

Begin on the airfield and head out onto the surrounding roads for a full 9‑mile endurance effort. This course is designed to challenge stamina and persistence while remaining accessible to athletes of all abilities.
Adaptive support, course guidance, and a dedicated wheelchair division (new this year) are available to ensure a safe and inclusive experience for all participants.

The Adaptive Full Trifecta combines the 9‑mile run/roll, the Kaaginator Fitness Challenge, and the Hot Wing Hustle into one demanding, multi‑event experience.
To stay on schedule and allow time to safely complete all events, athletes must complete the 9‑mile run within 1 hour 20 minutes (12‑minute mile pace) in order to continue to the Kaaginator.
Adaptive support, course modifications, and a dedicated wheelchair division are available throughout to ensure a safe, inclusive, and athlete‑led experience.

KLINGERS HOT WING HUSTLE
Heat. Speed. Bragging Rights.
Think you can handle the heat? The Hot Wing Hustle pits competitors against the clock — and their spice tolerance — in a no‑nonsense wing‑eating showdown.
It’s messy, loud, and ridiculously fun. Enter on its own or as part of a Trifecta.

2-MILE FUN RUN/WALK/ROLL
The 2‑Mile Fun Run / Walk / Roll is a welcoming, accessible option for participants of all ages and abilities. This untimed experience allows athletes, families, and supporters to move at their own pace along a clearly marked course on and around the airfield.
Walking, running, rolling, and mobility devices are all welcome.
SAUNA & COLD PLUNGE RECOVERY ZONE
After competing, athletes may access the Sauna & Cold Plunge Zone. This experience is optional with a suggested $10 donation to support IM ABLE programs. First come, first serve.Â
Spectators are also encouraged to experience the sauna and cold plunge before athletes finish races. Athletes will receive priority.
