- Wednesday, November 26th from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Location: Downtown West Chester Offices (137 N. High Street, West Chester PA 19380)
- RACE DAY from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. at the registration table next to the start line at the corner of Market and Church Streets.
