Course Map
This is an 8.2 mile course consisting of 6.9 miles of rolling asphalt road and 1.3 miles of single-track dirt trail. The entire course is located in Oak Mountain State Park. The course climbs the Peavine Falls Road for approximately 3.5 miles (with an increase in elevation of about 460 feet) to the Peavine Falls parking lot and then back down the same road until turning onto the single-track trail. The course starts and finishes in front of the Dogwood Pavilion.
This is not a closed course so runners should be aware of other runners, traffic, bicyclists, and pedestrians. Walkers are welcome but must start at 6:30 am. Runners will start at 7:00 am.
