Series Rules
Individual scoring in Age Group: Youth (U19), Open (19-39), Masters (40-49), Veteran (50-59), Super Vets (60-69), Ultra Vets (70+) for Women and Men
In each Series race, the top 15 finishers in each age group will receive points on a 20-17-14-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 basis
(1) Best 4 races count
(2) Runners must compete on Championship Day to be eligible for Individual Series-end awards
(3) Individual scoring is based on the athlete’s age on their first series race of the season
Team scoring in Age Groups: Youth (U19), Open (19-39), Masters (40-49), Veteran (50-59), Super Vets (60-69), Ultra Vets (70+)
Points on a 6-4-3-2-1 basis
(1) Best 5 races count (all races)
Club Cup
Awarded to the Club Team with the most accumulated points throughout the season. Points will be awarded in each age group category
1st place - 6 points
2nd place - 4 points
3rd place – 3 points
4th place – 2 points
5+ place – 1 points
