FAQ's

How do I record my time?
Record your time and the activity you did by a) Clicking on "Results" from the menu on the main event webpage or b) click on "manage my registration" from your confirmation email or from your RunSignUp account. Next, search for your account using your name or email address you registered with. Once you are in your account, click on "Submit Virtual Results." From there you can indicate your time and the activity you did! You can record activities daily or once a week, whatever works for you!

Can I do multiple activities or one activity multiple times a day?
Yes, whenever you get your time in counts! To add another entry, go to the "Results page," choose "Add Another Activity." DO NOT JUST OVERWRITE THE PREVIOUS ACTIVITY OR IT WILL BE ERASED AND NOT COUNT. Each time you complete a new activity/time, you need to click "Add Another Activity." At the end of the challenge, you will see all the activities you completed!

Is it true I can record time from activities other than just walking and running?
Yes! Run, Walk, Spin, Roll, Swim, use the Elliptical or Stair Climber, engage in Strength Training, Cardio workouts, Yoga, or get outside for Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, Downhill Skiing, Ice Skating all count! Even cardio workout activities like tennis, pickleball, basketball and indoor soccer count as well. We want everyone to participate, so participants with physical disabilities can record time they’ve spent using handcycles, wheelchairs, and assistive mobility devices under the “Roll” activity. Any way you get your physical activity in, you can log it!

I'm in another event during the same period as the challenge. Can I count that time, too?
Yes! Anytime you’re active counts in this challenge.

Can I set up a team for my friends and family to join?
Yes, register yourself at https://runsignup.com/playmakerswinterchallenge and create your team as you register. Next, share your team name with your friends and direct them to register and join your team.

Why would I want to set up a team?
Teams are a great way to add some camaraderie to the challenge. Once you’re on a team you can see how your family and friends are doing by looking at your team totals and you can set up friendly competition between your team and another team. Maybe it’s against neighbors, colleagues or a sister company. Team members' activity times still contribute to the overall cumulative goal of the challenge!

How long do I have to complete the challenge?
Individuals and teams have from 12:01am on Friday, January 1 through 11:59pm EST on Sunday, February 28 to log their times.
