* Final race day information and updates will be emailed to all registered Exhibitors the week prior to the in-person race. Additional updates may be sent up to the morning of the in-person race. Any emailed information supersedes information on this site.

SCHEDULE
- 6:30 AM - Exhibitors Arrive & Setup
- 7:00 - 9:15 AM - Registration & Check-in
- 8:30 AM - Doggie Dash 5K & Doggie Dash 6.5 Mile Start (Mass Start)
- 9:15 AM - Fun Mile Start (Mass Start)
- 9:30 AM - 5K & 6.5 Mile Start (Mass Start)
- 11:00 AM - Course Closes

Arrival & Departure: Exhibitors must arrive by 6:30 AM. Packet pick-up will begin at 7:00 AM but expect participants to arrive starting at around 6:45 AM. For safety reasons we cannot have moving vehicles in the parking lot with participants, spectators, and volunteers gather in the area. We recommend you are set up and ready to go by 6:30 AM to maximize your time to engage with the crowd.
* There will not be vehicle access to the exhibitor area after 7:00 AM.
** Please do not start to remove your exhibit until after the course closes at 11:00 AM.
Equipment & Supplies: Exhibitors must bring any and all materials or equipment needed for their booth. This includes tents, tables, chairs, power supply, etc. It might be windy so bringing weighted objects will help your materials stay in place. Comfort items are always nice too: fully charged cell phone, jacket, sunglasses, sunscreen, water, and a snack for example.
One Booth Per Exhibitor: All Exhibitors must be registered to be allowed to set up on site at the main event venue. Exhibitors may not share booth space with unregistered entities.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available that include Exhibitor space and greater recognition opportunities on race day, on the main event site, and in pre- and post-race email promotions to participants, volunteers, and spectators.
