Aid Station
We will have the 1 main aid station, at the Start/Finish, which will have a variety of foods available (chips, pretzels, MMs, Phun Bars, bananas and more), as well as both gNarly hydration drink and water. We'll also be cooking pierogis throughout the event, which will be vegetarian, although not vegan. We'll also have hot water for things like instant coffee, tea or cocoa. We will have a course monitor at the intersection of Upper Mason Creek and Bear Paw Trails, approximately 2 miles from the start. The monitor is there primarily to observe and ensure runners take the appropriate turns. Usually, it's too darn cold up there to offer water or hydration; it simply freezes.
