2mi. run, 20k bike, 5k run

For those who prefer to keep their feet dry, the Duathlon offers an exhilarating alternative:

Starting under the duathlon start flag located on the sidewalk next to the run chute and beach, participants will begin with a run. Follow the course out to mile 1/aid station turnaround and head back meshing in with the swimmers exiting the lake.  

From that point you will follow the sprint course for the rest of the event.
