This tier is for those who are just getting started, getting back into running, or balancing training with everything else life throws at you. Fifty miles in a month breaks down to less than two miles a day, but don't let the math fool you. Showing up consistently is the real challenge.
Whether you're rebuilding after time away, working through an injury, juggling family and work, or simply new to running, this tier is designed for you. There's no shame in starting here. In fact, this is where a lot of people discover what they're capable of.
You'll log your miles throughout the month using RunSignUp. Run anywhere, anytime, at any pace. Treadmill, trail, track, neighborhood, wherever works for you. Every mile gets you closer to the goal.
