#FEEDTHEKIDS Beer Mile LIABILITY WAIVER

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BY REGISTERING YOU INDICATE YOUR AGREEMENT.

NOTE: THIS FORM INCLUDES A RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE and FOREVER DISCHARGE any and all claims arising out of, or in connection with, the #FEEDTHEKIDS Beer Mile.

I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby waive and forever release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against Pioneer Ultra Races llc, Mirror Twin Brewing, Dahlhus Fudge, and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors, representatives and volunteers for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.

Personal Responsibility

I know that running a beer mile is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able to do so and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with running in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather and course conditions, and waive any and all claims which I might have based on any of those and other risks typically found in running a road/course race. I acknowledge all such risks are known and understood by me.

I agree to abide by all decisions of any race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I certify as a material condition to my being permitted to enter this race that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this event. In the event of an illness, injury or medical emergency arising during the event I hereby authorize and give my consent to the race officials to secure from any accredited hospital, clinic and/ or physician any treatment deemed necessary for my immediate care. I agree that I will be fully responsible for payment of any and all medical services and treatment rendered to me including but not limited to medical transport, medications, treatment and hospitalization.

Testimonial and Photo Release

I hereby grant to the Pioneer Ultra Races, Mirror Twin Brewing, Dahlhus Fudge and their agents, organizers, representatives and sponsors, the right to use my name, biographical information, photographs, images or videographic or electronic recording in which I appear, in whole or in part, and without restriction as to changes or alterations. The rights granted herein shall extend in perpetuity, unless revoked in writing to Pioneer Ultra Races or Mirror Twin Brewing, and Dahlhus Fudge by me for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation for advertising purposes and in any and all media, including without limitation on social media outlets. I acknowledge that the Pioneer Ultra Races, Mirror Twin Brewing, Dahlhus Fudge and its agents have no obligation to return any photographs or images to me.

I hereby warrant and represent that I am at least 21 years of age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above Waiver and being fully understanding of its terms I submit voluntarily.
