I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that my participation in the Milk Miles Virtual 5K hosted by Michigan Breastfeeding Network (MIBFN) is voluntary and may involve physical activity that could be hazardous. I understand the risks involved, including but not limited to falls, collisions, or other injuries.

I certify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained to participate in this event. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Michigan Breastfeeding Network, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation, including injury or property damage.

Medical Acknowledgment
I understand that I should consult my physician before beginning any physical activity, and I accept full responsibility for my health and safety during this event.

Photo and Media Release
I grant Michigan Breastfeeding Network the right to use or publish photos or videos of me that I share with them from the event, in whole or in part, for promotional or educational purposes without compensation, unless I indicate otherwise.

Virtual Event Acknowledgment
I understand that this is a virtual event and that I am responsible for following safety guidelines and using my own course, equipment, and environment for participation.
