Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care
At HOPE Resource Center, patients and their families find compassionate support from specially trained professionals who recognize that cancer affects an entire family. That care doesn’t end when patients complete their chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Cancer patients and their families can count on guidance, information, and supportive services from our team of experts.
Your registration supports these important programs, but we ask you make an additional donation or ask friends to support your fundraiser. Every additional donation goes directly to a patient. The impact of your dollar is significant!
$25: Support a patient with a gas or grocery card
$50: Hat or head scarf for patients who have lost their hair; mastectomy bras for breast cancer patients
$75: Support a patient with a reiki or guided imagery session to relive anxiety and stress
$125: Nutrition or hydration supplmentation for patients going through chemotherapy or radiation therapy
$250: Mastectomy prosthetics for breast cancer patients; wigs for patients; wellness classes such as art, yoga, exercise or nutrition
$500: One week of transportation for daily radiation therapy patients
