Weather Policy

The safety of our participants, volunteers, and staff is our top priority. Our events are held rain or shine unless weather or course conditions are deemed unsafe by race management and local public safety officials.

If severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances occur, we may delay the start, modify the course or race distance, shorten the event, or cancel the race if necessary. Any decisions will be communicated to participants as quickly as possible.

Please come prepared for the forecasted weather. Depending on the season, this may include dressing appropriately for cold temperatures, rain, or heat and staying properly hydrated.

Because race expenses are incurred well before race day, all registration fees are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
