At the start/finish pavilion (base station) there will be a fully-stocked aid station. Drop bags with extra layers can be left on pavilion tables. Please bring a reusable cup/plate/bowl spoon and fork to help reduce waste!

• Gummy Bears
• M&M’s and Trail Mix
• Bacon
• Chips
• Oreos and Cookies
• Coke & Mountain Dew
• Chicken Broth & Miso soup
• Quesadillas and Hash Browns
• Bacon and other solid food rotated throughout the day
SUMMIT:
The summit check point tent is primarily for timers but may have some snacks.
