Rise and Run / Walk 5k

🏃‍♀️Join us for the Rise & Run/Walk 5K and Kids' Fun Run with Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at the beautiful Saluda Shoals Park!  Run is hosted by Forever Changed Ministries.

🏃‍♂️This special event is perfect for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. The 5K will take place on a fast, flat, and scenic closed course, offering participants the chance to achieve personal bests while enjoying the natural beauty of Saluda Shoals Park.

🥚🐣🪺Immediately after the start of the 5K, kids (12 and under) are invited to participate in a Fun Run featuring an exciting Easter Egg Hunt. Together, we’ll celebrate Easter and the Resurrection, reflecting on the hope and renewal this season brings.  Fun for the whole family!

💸Proceeds from this event will help fund the completion of impactful films in the Sound Mind Series, which focus on mental health topics like anxiety and depression. These films aim to inspire understanding, reduce stigma, and provide hope and healing to individuals and families.
